Schroeder Bros., Inc opened the first Schroeder's New Deli on February 6, 1981.  The original menu featured sandwiches, soups, salads and nachos.  The current menu includes sandwiches, pizza, calzone, soups, salads, and a variety of appetizers from nachos to soft bread pretzels.

Schroeder's Broad has an outdoor seating area and stage and host a number of  musical groups and other special events from May until October.
